Fear Of Conformity

By definition, conformity is behaviour in accordance with socially accepted conventions or standards. To conform in life is to die. Conformance limits your view of the world and all the possibilities it offers. From the day you are born, your individuality is challenged. You are told how to dress, what to eat, how to walk, how to live. You are given a set a rules and if you don’t comply, you will never achieve true happiness and success. You are taught your uniqueness is weakness and that you are only strong if you follow the rules. When in fact it’s quite the opposite. Your uniqueness is the strength society wants so badly to control. Creativity is the real key to success and happiness. Embrace your singularity and see how your world expands.
